A Guide for Charities and Foundations

Developed by a Panel on the Nonprofit Sector in 2007.  It distills the core concepts of each of the 33 principles and suggests key points for board and staff conversations about their organizations current practices.  It is designed to help the nonprofit community meet its commitment to upholding the highest standards of accountability, and do so in a cost-effective way.
