If, for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied with our service, you have the right to cancel your membership within seven days of payment and get a full refund less a 10% processing fee. To cancel your membership, please send us an email at dkay@nativephilanthropy.org quoting the Transaction No. you received from us, the reason for cancelation and the name of the person who made the transaction.
If, for whatever reason, you need to cancel a paid event registration you have the right to cancel outside of thirty days from the beginning date of the event to get a full refund less a 10% processing fee. To cancel your event registration, please send us an email at info@nativephilanthropy.org quoting the Transaction No. you received from us, the reason for cancelation and the name of the person who made the transaction.
