ST. PAUL, August 22, 2011—The Otto Bremer Foundation today announced a new schedule for grant proposal consideration. Proposals from the Twin Cities metro area will be considered in two of the Foundation's six grant rounds a year; requests from all other Bremer communities will be considered during the other four grant cycles.
