Kara Inae Carlisle and Lisa Flick Wilson will join the Foundation as program directors in Civic and Philanthropic Engagement. Their work will focus on increasing engagement across and within diverse communities to strengthen vulnerable children, families and communities.

Marjorie R. Sims will assume the position of program director in Family Income and Assets, which seeks to build multi-generational financial independence through sustained income generation and asset accumulation.

As program directors, each will hold responsibility for leadership and vision in program conceptualization, design, planning, management, coordination, communication, evaluation, policy, and learning from programming efforts.
