NAP Bylaw Changes
Native Americans in Philanthropy's Newly Approved Bylaws
The Board of Directors and members have provided their perspective, much information and been engaged in dialogue since 2007 assessing the vision, mission, strategies and infrastructure of Native Americans in Philanthropy. A revised draft of the NAP Bylaws was presented and passed by the members present at the Annual Membership Meeting. For a copy of the new NAP Bylaws, please click here.
The Annual Membership Meeting was held Monday, April 6th, at Tamaya Resort, Santa Ana Pueblo, near Albuquerque, New Mexico. At that time the Board of Directors presented to the membership proposed bylaw changes for the organization, announcement of your newly elected board members, a revised mission statement and strategic planning documents, and there was an opportunity to exchange information and provide feedback in light of activities, challenges and opportunities in your region.
