* Native Americans in Philanthropy (NAP) bylaws require that voting members, or “General Member,” must be Native American or indigenous individuals who serve on the staff, board of directors or governing board of a philanthropic organization. Non-Native individuals and organizations are welcome to join NAP as non-voting “Affiliate Members.” Depending on the Contributor Clan they have chosen, donor organizations may designate one or more qualified individuals for membership in NAP.
